Concerts at Eddie’s Attic
It didn’t take long living in Decatur for Eddie’s Attic to become a staple in my entertainment routine. It's a legendary space with so much character. When I found myself working at a church in Decatur that didn’t have a building, I knew I wanted to find a way to host events in this historic space.
Over the course of several years, we hosted several multi-night, sold out events at Eddie’s Attic. From private events for our key stakeholders to Christmas concerts for the community, each event had its own unique challenges and opportunities, creating some of the most memorable nights of my career thus far.
We leaned into the typical promotional approach for the venue with a custom-designed concert poster for every event by local design, Brian Manley. He perfectly captured a nod to the Decatur City brand and the local, gritty feel of Eddie’s Attic with his Hatch-Show-Print-style designs.
